Competition Rules for the "Competition for a Natures Products Package"

These terms contain the binding rules and conditions of the competition (hereinafter referred to as "competition rules") for the “Competition for a Natures products package” (hereinafter referred to as "competition").

Organizer of the Competition

The organizer and host of the competition is NATURES s.r.o., located at A. Sládkoviča 33, Trnava 917 00, Company ID: 35 813 750, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court in Bratislava, Section Sro, Insert No. 74225/B-Zbl (hereinafter referred to as "competition organizer").

Location and Duration of the Competition

2.1. The competition takes place within the territory of the Slovak Republic.

The competition will run from October 8, 2024, to October 22, 2024, until 23:59, inclusive. The competition organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the competition.

Conditions of Participation

3.1. Only individuals over 18 years of age with permanent residence or an address for correspondence in the Slovak Republic may participate in the competition. To participate, they must fulfill all conditions specified in these competition rules on the Facebook page of the competition organizer (hereinafter referred to as "competition participant").

3.2. The following persons are excluded from the competition: employees of the competition organizer, employees, and persons of the company operating the website of the organizer, as well as their close relatives according to Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended.

3.3. The conditions for participation in the competition are:

• Write in the COMMENT what you do to support children's immunity.

No photo or text from the participant may violate the legal order of the Slovak Republic, good morals, or the rules of this competition. It must not be vulgar, damaging to the good name of the organizer, or infringe the rights of third parties. In such cases, the competition organizer reserves the right to reject such text and exclude the author from the competition. Inappropriate competition texts may be removed by the organizer from Facebook and/or the organizer's website at their discretion.

3.4. Participation in the competition does not require the purchase of goods or services or any other payment.

Course of the Competition and Conditions for Winning

4.1. The competition takes place through the competition website and/or the social media network Facebook.

4.2. The prize is a Natures products package.

4.3. Anyone who meets the conditions of the competition will be included in the draw for the competition prize and will become a participant. One winner will be drawn from all participants by random selection.

4.4. The competition participant will be informed about winning and the possibility of collecting the prize via email sent to the registered email address within 3 days after the competition ends, or via the Facebook social network. The organizer will also contact the winner after the competition ends, requesting the delivery address for the prize. The prize will be sent within 3 days after receiving the delivery address, via Slovenská pošta a.s. If the winner does not send the delivery address within 5 days of the request, the prize will be forfeited in favor of the organizer. Prizes returned as undeliverable will also be forfeited. The competition organizer is not responsible for any risks and obligations related to the delivery process. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or claimed through legal action.

4.5. The winner will be announced after the competition ends via the Facebook social network.

4.6. The winner loses the right to the prize if they violate any of the competition rules. The organizer may exclude any participant from the competition if they violate the rules or if there is reasonable suspicion of such a violation. If it is proven that the winner did not fulfill any of the competition conditions, they will not be awarded the prize.

4.7. The competition organizer reserves the right to change the competition rules. The organizer reserves the right to shorten, interrupt, or cancel the entire competition at any time without providing a reason. All rule changes become effective when published on the organizer’s Facebook page. Changes to the competition rules do not entitle the participant to compensation for any costs associated with participation.

Personal Data Protection

5.1. By participating in the competition, the participant grants their consent to the competition organizer to process their personal data submitted during the competition for the purpose of awarding the prize, handling other matters related to the competition, informing about future marketing activities, offering products from the competition organizer, and sending business communications via electronic means under Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on some services in the information society, for a period of 5 years from the start of the competition. The provision of data is voluntary. The competition organizer is the administrator of the personal data.

5.2. The participant agrees that their personal data will be used and processed for the purposes specified above, for up to 5 years from the start of the competition, including through third parties commissioned by the competition organizer, especially agencies and partners ensuring the competition and marketing services.

5.3. The participant has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by submitting a written request or sending a request to the email address pr@trumpeter.sk. The withdrawal of consent is effective immediately upon delivery to the competition organizer. Withdrawal of consent during the competition will lead to exclusion from the competition.

Final Provisions

6.1. Participation in the competition is voluntary. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the competition rules and commits to abiding by them and not violating the legal order of the Slovak Republic or the legitimate interests of the competition organizer.

6.2. The competition organizer is not otherwise obligated to the participants and they have no right to any other benefits from the organizer except those specified in these competition rules.

6.3. The competition organizer reserves the right to make decisions at any time regarding all matters related to the organization of the competition, including changes to the rules, interruption, suspension, early termination, or exclusion of any participant from the competition without compensation, especially for failure to comply with the competition rules or suspected illegal or unacceptable behavior such as manipulating the results or other unfair conduct.

6.4. The provider of the Facebook service is not the organizer of the competition and is not responsible for its course. The participant understands that they provide their information to the competition organizer, not to the Facebook service provider.

6.5. These competition rules are complete and binding for all participants in the competition.

6.6. These competition rules are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic. Participants declare that Facebook has no obligations towards them.
